What you will do

• Lead custom semiconductor solution programs for hyperscaler cloud data center customers.
• Own the complete program lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
• Drive development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
• Monitor schedule, quality, and cost performance against the Plan of Record.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
• Manage executive-level communications, risks, escalations, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years of program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and align internal teams with external partners.
• Advanced risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software may be required under U.S. export control regulations.
