Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving the Secret Server and hirify.global Platform roadmap, with an accent on privileged access management, secure workflows, and tooling for on-premises customer upgrades. Focus on translating customer identity-security needs into product requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating engineering, UX, marketing, and customer-facing teams through delivery and release.

Location: Remote from Mexico City, Mexico; travel of up to 25% is expected.

What you will do

• Develop tooling to help on-premises customers upgrade to the hirify.global Platform.
• Own roadmap areas for Secret Server and other privileged access management capabilities.
• Engage customers and partners to understand privileged access and credential management challenges and translate them into requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver workflows for credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting.
• Prioritize the backlog across PAM features, security enhancements, and strategic investments.
• Support product strategy, sales, marketing, customer success, positioning, demos, and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Experience building SaaS software and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, product managers, customers, and partners.
