Director, Growth Platform & AI

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $180,625–$250,000 USD annually, with potential equity and variable pay.

hirify.global is a travel and fintech platform combining corporate travel, a charge card, and spend management for businesses.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the growth hirify.globalering function, setting the technical bar and delivery pace.
• Drive internal AI and agent adoption across growth and the broader organization, including quality assurance guardrails.
• Own account scoring, intent and fit models, vertical signal sources, and actionable triggers for go-to-market teams.
• Build a programmatic, data-fed website platform and run experimentation on high-revenue pages.
• Develop outbound automation systems and frameworks that generate qualified, compliant leads.

Requirements

• hirify.globalering leadership experience in growth, platform, or marketing hirify.globalering, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building durable scoring models, prioritization systems, data pipelines, programmatic web platforms, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on AI execution, including building with agents and creating self-service systems with QA gates.
• Strong data and experimentation skills, including test sizing and metric evaluation.
• Comfort owning a modern web stack such as Astro and headless CMS tools.
• Ability to align hirify.globalering, data, growth, and go-to-market functions in a hands-on environment.
