Director, HR Business Partner (Technology)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $200,400–$249,600 USD total cash compensation; base salary range: $167,000–$208,000 USD.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on talent strategies, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR programs.
• Lead HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, policy harmonization, and employee engagement.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, career pathing, performance management, and coaching initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of company policies and values.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to deliver integrated HR support.
• Analyze HR metrics, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR integrations for acquisitions and managing cultural and operational transitions.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders, analyze HR data, solve problems, and build trusted partnerships.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and with complex change management initiatives.
• Strong project management skills.
