TL;DR

HR Specialist (HR Operations): Supporting the North America HR team by managing employee lifecycle processes, HRIS integrity, and organizational initiatives with an accent on data-driven insights and culture building. Focus on partnering with managers to drive engagement, performance management, and talent development in a fast-paced software environment.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote).

Salary: $120,000–$135,000.

What you will do

  • Partner with employees and managers to align daily operations with company values.
  • Gather insights to support HR management and business unit decision-making.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions.
  • Analyze HR processes and data to suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Support the deployment of performance, talent, and change management initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HRIS systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-tech software environment.
  • Familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and relevant labor laws.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people analytics.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
