Senior People Business Partner

Location: New York, New York office

Base wage: $147,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner strategically with leadership teams to connect people strategies with business goals.
• Guide workforce planning, organizational design, job design, and future-ready skill planning, including the impact of AI.
• Coach leaders on talent reviews, succession planning, change management, leadership effectiveness, and performance management.
• Use workforce data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent development, DEIB, change leadership, and cross-functional People initiatives.
• Support leaders and employees with complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns and policy violations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR or HR business partnering.
• Experience partnering directly with and influencing executive-level leadership.
• Experience leading talent strategy, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting organizations through significant change, realignment, and growth.
• Comfort using AI and modern HR technologies to optimize processes and generate data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and confidentiality skills, with knowledge of applicable employment laws.
