Warehouse Technician (iGaming)

What you will do

• Track warehouse inventory through regular cycle counting.
• Document and manage RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Process shipments and receipts for internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot electronic gaming machines and repair or replace malfunctioning components.
• Use diagnostic tools and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating box trucks or route trucks.
• Ability to obtain a non-CDL DOT medical card.
