Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operator

Location: Onsite in Tampa, Florida, United States; first shift.

What you will do

• Support import storage, material receipt, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Receive, store, dispense, and issue materials, in-process products, and finished goods under controlled procedures.
• Maintain production, inventory, and distribution records according to SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, transport vehicles, and other warehouse equipment.
• Inspect, label, and coordinate materials while identifying deviations, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant workspaces, including proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with current required training.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and wear required PPE.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment operating experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing required.
• Strong compliance, documentation accuracy, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to inspect, verify, label, and coordinate materials for accurate inventory flow.

Nice to have

• Experience performing cycle counts and data entry in ERP systems.
• Experience verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
