What you will do

• Manage the receipt, storage, and inventory control of materials within the distribution center.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform picking, packaging, and shipping procedures according to company standards.
• Conduct physical inventories and maintain accurate records using scanner systems.
• Ensure a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain to support plant operations.
• Assist with machine and assembly duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations.
• Must be based in Franklin, NH and able to work on-site Monday through Friday.
• Proficient math and basic computer skills for inventory transactions.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test, including for marijuana.
