Warehouseperson I (Olive Branch)

Location: Onsite in Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States

hirify.global provides elevator and escalator products and services and operates a spare-parts warehouse.

What you will do

• Pick, pack, ship, and receive materials using barcodes, RF scanners, and computerized systems.
• Operate reach trucks, order pickers, standard forklifts, and other warehouse equipment with required PPE and fall-arrest equipment.
• Palletize, crate, band, shrink-wrap, label, and safely load or unload materials and trucks.
• Assemble stocking kits, process customer returns, and assist with cycle counts.
• Process, schedule, and communicate LTL shipments and documentation with multiple carriers.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas under 6S standards and support a safety-focused team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a technical degree is an additional qualification.
• At least one year of lifting-equipment operating experience and the ability to pass lift-equipment certification.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of computerized systems required.
• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Dependability, multitasking ability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work without close supervision.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems or parts-warehouse operations.
• Warehouse Management System knowledge, Oracle experience, and prior RF-scanner experience.
