Vice President, Enterprise AI & Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise intelligence architecture, including data foundations and agent infrastructure.
• Establish the enterprise data strategy focusing on governance, quality, and open standards to ensure data portability.
• Lead the enterprise AI portfolio from pipeline to production, evaluating and prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
• Develop a repeatable engineering discipline for the full agent lifecycle: design, build, test, and deploy.
• Partner with the Trust organization to implement ethical AI frameworks and ensure compliance with global regulations like the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of data engineers, AI/ML practitioners, and product managers.

Requirements

• 15+ years in technology leadership, with significant experience owning enterprise AI or data platforms at scale.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep fluency in modern data engineering (Iceberg, Delta Lake) and agentic AI (LLM orchestration, RAG, LLMOps).
• Experience leading and restructuring globally distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Executive presence with the ability to brief the board on strategy and collaborate with principal engineers on architecture.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, USA
