Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from New York, Chicago, or Washington D.C.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 USD annual total compensation, including base salary and equity. A separate compensation listing states $200,000–$250,000 and equity.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, including intent coverage, conversation design, and partner-embedded interfaces.
• Engage enterprise partners in discovery, requirements shaping, and launch decisions.
• Partner with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Create flows and wireframes in Figma and collaborate on high-fidelity and production designs.
• Build prototypes with AI coding tools to test conversation flows and interface concepts.
• Define quality standards for resolution rate, containment, escalation correctness, and conversation quality, then iterate using production data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including principal- or lead-level ownership of a customer-facing product.
• Strong experience with conversational AI, customer experience automation, or a related product area.
• Design fluency with the ability to independently create flows and basic mocks in Figma.
• Enough coding ability to build working prototypes and hands-on experience shipping web front ends.
• Deep enterprise partner experience, ideally with clients in regulated industries.
• Data-driven experience with resolution, containment, CSAT, escalation quality, LLM products, prompt design, AI quality practices, and model failure modes.
