Staff Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-powered healthcare platform that trains, enables, and supports family caregivers while helping health plans and government partners improve transparency and outcomes in home-based care.

What you will do

• Define the evaluation standards and readiness gates for clinical- and caregiver-facing AI features.
• Ensure caregiver and clinician products reason consistently about the same patient across baselines, care plans, chart notes, and captured signals.
• Raise the quality of AI product specifications, evaluation criteria, and collaboration with Applied AI across the product organization.
• Partner with Applied AI leadership on architecture for evaluating, monitoring, and iterating AI systems after launch.
• Build rigorous evaluation frameworks that withstand clinical scrutiny, payer review, and compliance requirements.
• Work autonomously with the founder, clinical leadership, engineering leadership, and product managers to advance AI-enabled home-based care.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience leading complex, high-impact AI or ML initiatives at Staff or Lead PM level.
• Direct experience designing production AI evaluation frameworks and defining how performance is measured, monitored, and gated.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to assess trade-offs with engineering, Applied ML, and AI teams building data-intensive platforms.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research for caregivers and care recipients in a regulated environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex healthcare and technical concepts into product requirements and executive narratives.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in HealthTech, Medicaid waivers, or another highly regulated industry where AI decisions carry clinical-safety or compliance implications.
• Strong background with LLMs, machine learning, or AI-native consumer products.
• Experience with marketplace or labor-supply business models, such as the gig economy or digital health.
