Staff Product Manager (AI Platform Integrations)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or remote from Arizona, California, Oregon, or Washington, United States

Salary: $216,000–$280,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships with major cloud and data platforms.
• Partner with product and engineering teams at AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and similar platforms to scope and ship joint integrations.
• Validate partner and customer demand, identify business and technical risks, and translate ambiguous requirements into executable product specifications.
• Drive integrations from technical design through security and compliance review, launch, enablement, and co-sell readiness.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other stakeholders on roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption while representing hirify.global in technical and business discussions.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including meaningful work in partnerships, platforms, ecosystems, or integration products.
• Experience in customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering, with strong system architecture and/or machine learning expertise.
• Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, API design, and GPU-heavy integrations.
• Experience working with major cloud or data platforms and their AI/ML services.
• Clear written communication, comfort with ambiguity, and experience managing multiple partner workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscaler co-sell or partner programs such as AWS Partner Central and ACE, Azure Marketplace, or GCP Partner Advantage.
• Familiarity with foundation models, vector or embedding-based data platforms, or AI/ML inference infrastructure.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Background in media, video, or content technology.
