Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $245,000–$280,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global provides an AI routing and infrastructure layer that helps developers and enterprises access, manage, and optimize usage across AI models and providers.

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Connect roadmap, including partner onboarding, provisioning APIs, customer and end-user controls, usage visibility, and billing.
• Define target partner segments, competitive positioning, and goals for activation, engagement, and retention.
• Work directly with design partners and their engineers to identify customer needs and shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to make scope and sequencing decisions and ship reusable platform abstractions.
• Drive platform gaps, including management endpoints, analytics dimensions, and guardrail primitives, into the core product.
• Partner with Partnerships and Finance on the commercial model, terms, metering, and revenue-sharing structure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience building platform, API, or infrastructure products.
• Experience shipping partner-delivered, white-labeled, resold, or multi-tenant B2B2B or B2B2Dev products.
• Experience taking a product from design partners through general availability.
• Strong technical judgment covering API design, SDKs, authentication, partner integrations, observability, usage metering, and tenant isolation.
• Ability to communicate clearly, write product specifications, work directly with partners, and iterate quickly.
• Experience with access controls, budget and DLP management, delegated administration, per-tenant policy, usage-based billing, metering, invoicing, or revenue sharing.

Nice to have

• Experience at a developer platform, LLM operations, or AI gateway company.
• Experience building embedded or OEM offerings for infrastructure products.
• Hands-on familiarity with the AI model and provider ecosystem or existing use of hirify.global.
