Location: U.S. Remote; up to 25% travel expected.

Salary: $174,000–$217,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, positioning, pricing, and roadmap for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery.
• Lead product teams through agile development, roadmap execution, user-story definition, and collaboration with design and engineering.
• Guide vault architecture decisions supporting high availability and disaster recovery at enterprise scale.
• Analyze competitive markets and partner with strategic customers to identify investment and product opportunities.
• Evangelize the product line to customers, analysts, partners, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders.
• Support product marketing, sales enablement, and technical marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with successful B2B software or services launches.
• Experience leading product management teams and collaborating with engineering to deliver products.
• Cybersecurity experience, including understanding of attack techniques, the security ecosystem, and information security products.
• Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or related security infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and product strategy development.
• Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.

• Understanding of IT systems and operations, including networking, domains, remote access, and privileged accounts.
• Master's degree.
