What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings.
• Partner with engineering on database security, networking, identity management, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Translate security requirements into specifications and user stories while prioritizing business value, customer risk, and engineering cost.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products and drive go-to-market activities.
• Use product performance data and customer feedback to guide future investments.
• Advise and mentor PMs on security-related decisions and represent the security roadmap to customers, prospects, and analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including sustained ownership of security products or features.
• Hands-on knowledge of database security principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of networking security implications and in-depth knowledge of identity and access management.
• Solid program management, planning, execution, and risk management skills across concurrent workstreams.
• Experience representing products externally and explaining technical security topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other product managers, with strong communication, presentation, and prioritization judgment.
