What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to shape company strategy, growth, investments, and capital allocation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives improving business performance across multiple departments.
• Design operating rhythms including planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Define long-term financial strategy including fundraising and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Build AI-native finance organization workflows augmenting planning, analysis, and execution.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or business operations in high-growth companies.
• Proficiency in complex financial modeling and planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused with resilience in high-performance settings.
• Location: Must work onsite 3 days/week in New York office
