TL;DR

Manager, FP&A & Strategic Finance (Finance): Owning financial planning and business partnership for a core segment with an accent on improving forecast accuracy, shaping deal economics, and instilling financial rigor. Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, CA

Salary: $120,000–$165,000

What you will do

  • Forge trusted relationships and serve as the primary finance partner to segment and product leadership across Sales and Ops, delivering data-backed insights.
  • Own the segment’s revenue forecast and pipeline analysis, integrating complex revenue streams.
  • Lead target-setting, budgeting, and expense planning, identifying opportunities to improve operational leverage.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to establish a deal desk, define pricing guardrails, and assess deal economics.
  • Build sophisticated models to evaluate unit economics, ROI of various investments, and capital efficiency.
  • Help design and implement scalable, automated forecasting and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, and/or consulting, with experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong grasp of non-GAAP industry metrics applicable to SaaS companies.
  • Ability to drive multiple, concurrent projects to completion with a bias for action.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex financial topics into clear narratives.
  • Comfort in a high-visibility role, presenting to senior executives and external partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, M&A integration, and/or exposure to enterprise deal structures.
  • Experience with core finance and sales tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools (e.g., Retool).
  • STEM degree and/or CFA charterholder.
