Product Operations Senior Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $106,500 – $145,500

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between enterprise customers and R&D to ensure seamless product adoption.
• Translate real-world user behavior and feedback into structured insights for roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, including bugs and SEV incidents, in partnership with Engineering.
• Validate product functionality using data, SQL queries, and internal tooling.
• Coordinate alpha testing and manage release communications to ensure smooth feature rollouts.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, consulting, or customer success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover root causes in ambiguous problems.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn or use SQL for data analysis.
• Clear communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or regulated industries like financial services is a plus.
