Salary: $127,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape the strategy and roadmap for key Time initiatives and articulate business impact to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering to investigate issues, prioritize bugs, and develop technical knowledge.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and facilitate product processes and ceremonies.
• Take on strategic opportunities to drive impact beyond core responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of product management experience in a modern technology business or equivalent software engineering/data science/analytics background.
• Strong commitment to problem-solving and breaking down complex requirements for team execution.
• Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
• Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills using clear frameworks and storytelling.
• Willingness to deeply understand the business model through customer and stakeholder interviews.
