Senior Corporate Financial Planning & Strategy Analyst

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; expected to work from a hirify.global office 3+ days a week. Hub locations include Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, and Santiago; relocation to a hirify.global hub may be supported.

Salary: $128,000–$150,000 USD annually in San Francisco.

What you will do

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for management and the Board of Directors, including quarterly and annual reviews, investor reporting, and business reviews.
• Lead corporate financial planning and forecasting processes, including quarterly planning, annual operating planning, and long-range planning.
• Own balance sheet and cash flow forecasting and partner with Finance on working capital optimization.
• Improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes using Adaptive Planning.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Support M&A analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence while partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, Corporate Development, and People/HR.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive Finance experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience building three-statement financial models and analyzing large datasets.
• Understanding of, or willingness to become a power user of, Adaptive Planning and Oracle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to connect business issues, financial results, and strategy for executive audiences.
• Ability to work from a hirify.global hub office at least 3 days per week.
