Senior Finance Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Support financial planning and forecasting across the P&L, balance sheet, and company cash flows.
• Partner with R&D and product teams to turn financial insights into business actions.
• Create and maintain forecasting models for ongoing and ad-hoc analysis.
• Analyze company performance, KPIs, budget-to-actuals, variances, and financial trends.
• Improve financial, business, and internal reporting processes across departments.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including initiatives outside the direct reporting structure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and budgeting in a high-growth organization.
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and fully remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or data subscription business models.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity and workflow quality.
