Strategic Finance Analyst

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $83,000–$110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain core financial models and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze high-impact strategic projects, including capital markets initiatives and fundraising strategies, while working with the CFO and senior leaders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and narratives for executives and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and analysis.
• Track and refine key performance indicators and report progress toward strategic goals.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity or venture capital, and/or management consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, support strategic recommendations, and collaborate across teams.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.
