Sr. Finance & Strategy Manager

Location: On-site at the San Francisco headquarters, California, United States

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation tied to company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Drive financial strategy and performance analysis for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecast bookings, capacity, productivity, retention, pipeline coverage, win rates, backlog, and revenue outcomes at product and segment level.
• Own ARR reporting infrastructure and collaborate with Commercial Operations on CPQ data quality, structure, and deal controls.
• Manage the GTM P&L, including headcount, travel and expenses, commissions, and budget-versus-actual performance.
• Build and improve financial models, reporting systems, and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead long-range planning, go-to-market strategy, sales capacity analysis, market analysis, and variable compensation projects while partnering with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 6–10+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building complex scalable models from first principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing senior executives.
• Experience working with CRM and CPQ data and BI tools such as Looker, including diagnosing complex data issues.
• Experience using AI tools to build scalable workflows and systems.
