Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

Salary: $118,000–$155,400 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Growth Marketing and cross-functional leaders on planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Own budgeting variance analysis and recurring reporting for marketing programs, campaigns, and events.
• Evaluate marketing investments and their impact on pipeline, bookings, and consumption growth.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Use Snowflake’s platform, automation, and AI capabilities to scale reporting and improve processes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders and support strategic investment decisions.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting a go-to-market organization.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and how investments drive pipeline, bookings, and consumption.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and work autonomously in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience at a SaaS or consumption-based company.
• A track record of using automation or AI to scale reporting and analysis.
