Supply Chain Manager (IoT Hardware)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, Canada; remote work is also available

Salary: CAD 90,000–140,000 annual base salary, with potential equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply planning, including forecasts, purchase orders, lead times, safety stock, and shortage rules.
• Design inventory replenishment logic across factories, warehouses, and distribution nodes while managing working capital.
• Build the supply chain operating system, including SOPs, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Manage delivery from individual consumer shipments to large partner orders and improve parcel economics.
• Build returns operations covering intake, diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, and redeployment.
• Work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and 3PL providers.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of supply decisions from suppliers and purchase orders through customer delivery and returns.
• Experience building a planning or operating system from the ground up and measuring its impact.
• Experience working across borders with factories and 3PL providers.
• Ability to operate with a small team, incomplete data, and limited existing infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Toronto or Waterloo, Canada, or remotely.
