Supply Chain Manager North (W/M/X) - Permanent

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany; hybrid workplace with up to 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Lead and develop the regional supply chain team for the BNL, German, and UK markets.
• Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships, including commercial and operational negotiations.
• Lead negotiations and integrations with brands and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure reliable end-to-end operations from supplier coordination through final delivery.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, improve cost efficiency, and maintain service quality.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans while coordinating with warehouses, transportation teams, and dropshippers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or production.
• Strong leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Proven negotiation experience with brands, suppliers, and 3PL providers.
• Knowledge of dropshipping, logistics operations, distribution networks, and supply chain regulations.
• Fluent English required. French, Dutch, or German fluency is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain environments.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and AI automation.
