MFG Project Leader (HMI eBeam)

What you will do

• Prepare the industrialization of new HMI eBeam products, systems, and modules using the 6P=P framework covering product, procedures, people, plant, production tools, and parts.
• Coordinate 10–30 development and engineering projects per new product toward reliable and manufacturable system designs.
• Deliver prototypes on schedule, document issues, and drive resolution before volume production.
• Industrialize prototype and pilot production, define ways of working, and prepare the factory for ramp-up and high-volume manufacturing.
• Plan pilot-production resources, including manpower and qualified parts, and secure manufacturing training.
• Act as the interface between Development and Engineering, Product Engineering, Production Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, and manufacturing teams across Asia, the Netherlands, and the United States.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in a high-tech equipment industry.
• Preferably, experience with new product introduction or design.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization without formal authority.
• Strong planning, multicultural communication, and issue-resolution skills.
• Understanding of design, assembly, and testing processes, with flexibility to travel and attend calls at inconvenient times.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.
