What you will do

• Lead multiple work packages across process development, integration, and technology transfer.
• Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure timely delivery of technology milestones and qualification targets.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including process, device, integration, reliability, and manufacturing.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to yield, performance, and process integration.
• Ensure transparent reporting on progress, risks, and project deviations.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor process technology and device-performance trade-offs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Structured and pragmatic mindset with a results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor development lifecycle.
• Experience in process technology, device engineering, or manufacturing environments.
