Project Manager Process Technology (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead multiple work packages across process development, integration, and technology transfer.
• Plan, monitor, and control project execution from concept through qualification and release.
• Coordinate process, device, integration, reliability, manufacturing, and external partner teams.
• Drive decision-making and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to yield, performance, reliability, and process integration.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, deviations, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor process technology, process flows, integration challenges, and device-performance trade-offs.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in process technology, device engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor development lifecycle and complex cross-functional technical project delivery.
• Strong communication, influencing, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience improving project management practices, tools, and execution methodologies.
