Production Coordinator I

Location: On-site in Lafayette, Indiana; Monday through Friday, 1st shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $17 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate project tasks, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to client teams and track deadlines and project progress.
• Resolve issues and communicate project status to all participants.
• Create and maintain project documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Process client information and data while ensuring project standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
