Remote Digital Producer Trainee / Digital Project Coordinator

Location: 100% remote; qualified applicants from around the world are welcome. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Salary: $15–$25 per hour for candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado; compensation may differ for candidates outside these states.

What you will do

• Learn to manage SEO, web design, and web development client accounts.
• Assist with project scopes, cost estimates, resource planning, technical considerations, risks, and client goals.
• Attend client meetings and kickoff calls while communicating objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams and review deliverables before client delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout and final payment collection.
• Recommend website design, SEO, and online marketing improvements and support account growth.

Requirements

• Interest in digital project management, account management, SEO, online marketing, web design, or web development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects and multitask under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Availability for 40 hours per week on a Monday–Friday schedule aligned with Pacific Time.
• Self-motivated, professional, positive, and confident in client-facing communication.
• A reliable remote workstation, fast computer, microphone, speakers, internet connection, and power supply are required for remote work.

Nice to have

• HTML and CSS experience.
• PHP and MySQL experience.
• Online marketing experience, especially SEO or Google Ads.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in a startup-style environment.
