Remote Digital Producer / Digital Project Manager

Location: Remote, US; candidates must work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Salary: $17–$35 per hour for candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado. Compensation may differ for candidates outside these states.

What you will do

• Manage ongoing SEO, web design, web development, and digital marketing client accounts.
• Define and review project scopes, cost estimates, resources, technical requirements, risks, and business impact.
• Lead client meetings, kickoff calls, internal strategy meetings, and campaign discussions.
• Coordinate clients and internal designers, developers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams.
• Clarify objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria, and review deliverables before client presentation.
• Maintain project management systems and identify opportunities for website, SEO, PPC, and online marketing improvements.

Requirements

• Project, account, or client management experience across multiple clients.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, negotiation, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge sufficient to pass a skills assessment in web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC.
• Understanding of project management methodology, including risk management, work planning, resource allocation, issue resolution, and meeting management.
• Familiarity with Basecamp, Jira, Asana, HubSpot, or similar project management platforms, plus WordPress and web production workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English, reliable remote workstation, and availability for 40 hours per week during Pacific Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Experience with photo and video editing software.
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads, PPC, online marketing strategy, or upselling digital services.
