What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs for physician practice clients.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and technical accounting support.
• Develop and coach staff and senior accountants while monitoring team KPIs.
• Collaborate with advisory teams to identify opportunities for higher-value services.
• Support client onboarding, system setup, process documentation, and technology integration.
• Implement process improvements and train team on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 4–6 years in public or private accounting; 3+ years managing teams.
• Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations affecting financial reporting.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (billing, coding, collections).
• Knowledge of cost allocation and physician compensation models in multi-specialty practices.
• Proficiency in Intaact, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
