Billing Analyst (Retail)

What you will do

• Obtain client purchase orders and set up projects and phases according to client requirements.
• Prepare invoices in line with contract terms and fee schedules.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliations and maintain the project database.
• Prepare accounts receivable and collections reports for management.
• Troubleshoot billing issues and communicate with clients about payments, billing options, reconciliations, and collections.
• Coordinate with clients, project and program managers, and accounting teams to finalize invoices.

Requirements

• Three years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting functions and processes, with an accounting background and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified.

Nice to have

• Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
• Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software and Concur.
