What you will do
- Review files, prepare and send customer invoices per purchase orders, and handle collections.
- Scan, rename, and store project files in databases; act as point of contact for purchase orders.
- Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues with internal teams.
- Maintain training records, calibration procedures, and perform technician eye screenings.
- Monitor reports, prioritize invoicing, and assist with administrative duties.
Requirements
- Work 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday onsite; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, data entry).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, calculation skills (discounts, percentages), and multitasking.
- Professional communication (verbal, written, phone), quick learner for new software/processes.
- U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.
