What you will do

• Compile and review billing information and create or review sales orders.
• Monitor project invoicing cycles and prepare customer invoices.
• Post cash receipts and support client collections.
• Reconcile accounts receivable, deposits, and general ledger accounts.
• Research billing and payment discrepancies and respond to customer and internal inquiries.
• Generate accounting reports and support month-end and annual close activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related accounting work experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting or a relevant field, or equivalent private-sector accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is beneficial.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and professional relationship-building skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no employment-based visa sponsorship is provided.
