Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote and globally available; optional access to offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Strategic customer work may require meaningful time onsite.

What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, workflows, and operational pain points.
• Own flagship enterprise deals end-to-end, including use-case selection, value propositions, commercial terms, and closing.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
• Guide customers through agent design, orchestration, production readiness, and adoption of ElevenAgents.
• Build demos, present proposals to technical and executive audiences, and ensure agents deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Feed customer insights back to Research teams to influence the platform and model roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Comfort with commercial discussions, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Technical aptitude with LLMs, AI tooling, and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and ability to map enterprise workflows to AI systems.
