Deployment Strategist Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Open a new market and win the first strategic customers for ElevenLabs voice and audio AI technology.
• Hire, build, and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers.
• Identify customer use cases and pain points, then implement voice and audio AI solutions with engineering teams.
• Design bespoke integrations and guide customers on effective implementation of AI models.
• Present solution results and future proposals to technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of major projects and collaborate with Research and Product teams on product and model improvements.

Requirements

• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting, prototyping, and demos.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical concept summarization skills.
• Ability to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
• Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
