Site Manager - Boden Sweden (Water Purification)

Location: Boden, Sweden; onsite construction role with a rotation schedule of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off

What you will do

• Oversee and direct construction activities from project start through completion.
• Create and manage the overall site construction schedule, including weekly three-week lookahead schedules.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, customer, site subcontractors, contractors, and head office.
• Manage site inventory, records, progress reporting, costs, change orders, and schedule deviations.
• Implement HSE procedures, maintain site standards, and respond appropriately to accidents, damages, and emergencies.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain progress and protect budget and client relationships.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of construction-related experience, including extensive hands-on leadership in demanding industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and navigating 3D models.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and other site safety practices.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in both English and Swedish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with water and wastewater treatment projects.
