Site Manager – Major Industrial Projects

Location: Houston, Texas, United States, with mobility to work at remote sites on a rotation basis

What you will do

• Oversee on-site health and safety, quality assurance, construction supervision, field engineering, project controls, contract administration, and materials management.
• Manage daily site operations, facilities, and services to keep major industrial projects on schedule.
• Represent hirify.global with clients, local authorities, contractors, partners, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and project requirements.
• Chair contractor kick-offs and progress reviews while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Build, mentor, and manage an accountable, high-performing site team.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 15–20 years of experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Leadership experience in remote or challenging environments with a strong health, safety, and environment focus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and business skills.
• Experience with contract management, industrial relations, and EPC processes and project interfaces.
• Mobility to work at remote sites on a rotation basis.
