VP, Product Management (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work in Atlanta, New York, Pleasanton, or Portland

What you will do

• Define and communicate product strategy and translate corporate goals into a multi-year roadmap.
• Own product lifecycle management, from concept through launch, across multiple products and lines of business.
• Lead, manage, and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, and related personnel.
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, KPIs, pricing, competitive positioning, and return-on-investment analyses.
• Coordinate delivery, capacity, technical trade-offs, and go-to-market execution with Engineering, SaaS Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Represent the product portfolio with partners, analysts, press, customers, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar function.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
• Experience delivering features and capabilities, including AI features, for a SaaS product portfolio with more than $150M in revenue.
• Experience managing the full product development lifecycle and delivering mid-market or small-business software products.
• Strong communication, technical documentation, requirements elicitation, writing, analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills.
