Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $200,000–$235,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for a critical mortgage servicing vertical such as collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, payments, or escrow.
• Develop and manage a cohesive product roadmap focused on measurable business outcomes for SaaS customers.
• Write clear PRDs and specifications that eliminate ambiguity for engineering.
• Research needs across internal servicing teams and external partners, including law firms and vendors, and translate them into product requirements.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs between speed, scope, and technical quality.
• Partner with Deployment Strategy and Product Operations to ensure successful rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience shipping complex B2B software products from concept to production.
• Ability to balance near-term business goals with longer-term product strategy.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, written communication, and partnership with engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, handle ambiguity, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Willingness to learn mortgage servicing domains including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and REO.
