Vice President, Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Define and lead product strategy across solution groups and platform teams, focusing on differentiated AI-powered products.
• Align product initiatives with enterprise goals, measurable success criteria, outcome-based prioritization, and AI adoption milestones.
• Establish product lifecycle management, roadmap, discovery, and delivery practices while integrating AI experimentation and model integration into agile processes.
• Lead product innovation, experimentation, transformation, and portfolio adoption across the enterprise.
• Develop the long-term AI strategy for the product portfolio and communicate AI value to customers, stakeholders, and internal audiences.
• Mentor product leaders and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders to deliver customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in executive or enterprise-level leadership.
• Experience leading product strategy across multiple business units or product portfolios.
• Experience building and mentoring large-scale product organizations across direct and matrixed structures.
• Ability to align product vision with business strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
• Exposure to AI-first product development in a B2B or healthcare environment.
