Location: Remote, Brazil

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the mobile quality strategy across native iOS and Android applications.
  • Design, maintain, and integrate scalable mobile automation frameworks with CI/CD workflows using tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, and Maestro.
  • Define testing approaches for deep links, push notifications, permissions, biometrics, gestures, accessibility, localization, and variable network conditions.
  • Establish real-device and operating-system coverage strategies and lead mobile release quality practices.
  • Operationalize AI-assisted and agentic testing workflows, including test generation, regression identification, execution, and defect detection.
  • Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams on quality risks and validation strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, including significant native iOS and/or Android testing.
  • Advanced experience with mobile automation frameworks and proficiency with Kotlin and/or Swift.
  • Experience with real-device testing platforms, mobile CI/CD, release tooling, debugging, profiling, crash reporting, and observability tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing, AI testing platforms, or MCP-based test generation and execution, with sound judgment around human validation.
  • Experience with bug tracking, test management, and software quality methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with mobile accessibility, localization, internationalization, or visual regression testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Experience working through ambiguous technical problems in fast-paced collaborative environments.
