Record To Report Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage general ledgers for a portfolio of assigned entities in accordance with group policies, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and standardized reporting.
• Prepare, review, and approve account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare VAT, OSS, Intrastat, and CIT declarations and support annual accounts and audits.
• Use NetSuite as a key user and support its rollout across newly acquired entities.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, support entity onboarding, and mentor RtR Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience with strong Record to Report expertise.
• Understanding of European GAAP and IFRS.
• Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite is preferred, while SAP, Oracle, or similar systems are also valued.
• Confident Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and advanced formulas.
• Fluent English is required.
