Interim Finance Analyst (5 months)

What you will do

• Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting for Business Services overheads.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, accruals, prepayments, and journal postings.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with accurate financial commentary.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, Financial Planning, marketing, growth, and other business teams on financial initiatives and decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to financial transformation and business revitalization efforts.

Requirements

• Recently completed a postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• AAT-qualified or part-qualified, with active progress toward CIMA or ACCA.
• Up to one year of relevant experience, including internships or part-time finance roles.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex financial insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
