Billing Specialist FTC

hirify.global provides a SaaS and software product environment with a Finance – Order-to-Cash function.

What you will do

• Draft, validate, and issue customer invoices according to contracts, internal controls, IFRS 15, and local tax and e-invoicing regulations.
• Review executed order forms and purchase orders to verify commercial terms before billing.
• Process credits, cancellations, adjustments, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Tax, and Legal on complex deal structures and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate ERP and CRM billing records, perform account reconciliations, and support month-end close, KPI reporting, and audits.
• Identify manual bottlenecks and improve automation and data quality across the O2C workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of billing workflows, revenue recognition concepts including IFRS 15 and ASC 606, and tax compliance.
• This is a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, starting in October 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Exposure to e-invoicing mandates.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or billing platforms such as Zuora or Stripe.
