What you will do

• Coach and advise business leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent, rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and high-potential development.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including organizational design and talent integration.
• Lead HR programs and projects independently, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Utilize people data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Progressive HR experience, specifically in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR consulting.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders while navigating complex people challenges.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization is preferred.
