Location: United States — Seattle, New York, Mountain View, San Francisco, or Dallas

Salary: $92,400–$160,000 or $101,600–$177,800 USD annually, depending on location

What you will do

• Define, build, and execute worldwide GTM initiatives to drive adoption of hirify.global SageMaker AI for GenAI inference and ML workloads.
• Develop customer segmentation, qualification, positioning, sales motions, campaigns, playbooks, and enablement assets.
• Engage enterprise, ISV, digital-native, and startup customers through consultations, demos, workshops, proofs of concept, webinars, and sales activities.
• Explain AI inference workloads, open-source technologies, SageMaker capabilities, pricing, savings packages, and cost/performance trade-offs.
• Collect customer and market insights, secure references and case studies, and influence product roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with GenAI Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, and field teams to drive pipeline, usage, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, or storage.
• Experience communicating complex ideas and presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience with technical pre-sales, sales pipeline development, and adoption of ML or AI products focused on model inference.
• Technical knowledge of clustered computing frameworks or distributed systems, including Kubernetes and Ray.

Nice to have

• Experience building sales plays and teaching account teams how to sell technical products and services.
• Experience running benchmarks, developing optimization strategies, building TCO and pricing models, and demonstrating cost/performance differentiation.
• Experience influencing product teams through customer pain points and market insights.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives across Product, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Account teams.
